Lief sits upon the famous rock of his childhood. Many hours were spent here with endless battles for toy army soldiers and testing grounds for model cars.
So we let Dadda sleep in until 7 am (ha) & then went off to stroll along the beach in Lincoln Park; even though it was gray & cold. It is a pretty neat spot, tucked away on the edge of W. Seattle. A little girl Lucy jumped in to meet Monte while her Dad took our picture.
After brunch at the house we walked down to see the Solstice parade in Fremont; the weather turned out to be super sunny & hot...the naked parade people were very relieved I would guess!
